This was a fantastic restaurant to dine in at, with a well laid out counter that keeps us updated on the status of orders! Plenty of kiosks are available, staff were helpful and the outdoor seating is pleasant. Service was fast and me and my friend's food was yummy, fresh as you'd expect too!

This is, without a doubt, the best McDonald's in Leeds. The staff are brilliant, the food is always hot, served quickly, always get the order right, and you hardly ever get parked up when using the drive-thru! Oh - and they always remember the dips. The go to McD's for the family and I.

Self-service used, young man that brought our food was suoer sweet and polite. Really wish I got his name. He seemed to be the only one that was making any great effort. The food was absolutely disgusting, such a shame as we often visit this one for breakfast before work.. Seemed to be two members of staff stood at the bin for ages chatting, really was a let down. I have to be honest, I feel once breakfast is over all McDonald's struggle to keep up with the quality. Sort it out, not all of your customers are happy with slapped together then thrown at the wall burgers. People shouldn't have to leave the table to ask for replacements, before you come at me with that reply.

Took our grandkids sat on the tables outside my granddaughter dropped her food on the floor. I wish I had got the member of staffs name he was a mature gentleman working the floor area. He immediately came over checked what she had dropped and replaced the food for her. Not only that he repeatedly came over to check she was OK as she had been upset about dropping her food. This guy is a credit to McDonalds and daily life itself it is refreshing to know there are still kind people out there.

I came at 15:55 so just after school time really and there was no Que to pay cash I didn’t even wait 10 seconds before I was served by a lovely lady named Donna she was so polite and kind to my daughter too We opted for table service and Donna brought us our food then started cleaning the floors and tables She was the only member of staff I saw during my time at this McDonald’s and I sat in to eat my food so I would like to say a massive thank you to Donna for her kindness and hard work The restaurant was clean, tidy, not too busy but not quite, there was no wait for food or service so I am very pleased with my experience in this McDonald’s

I like this mcdonalds I often use the drive through on the way to work. I love the egg mc muffins with a orange juice to wash it down. Super speedy service if you go through the drive through and great value for money too.
